Levitra � responsabile per l'ampliamento e il rilassamento dei vasi sanguigni che portano il sangue al pene.
Levitra � stato studiato dalla societ� farmaceutica Bayer/GlaxoSmithKline e usa Vardenafil HCl come il componente principale di questo farmaco. Levitra � un medicinale preso per via enterale ed usato per trattamento della disfunzione erettile. Stimolazione sessuale causa produzione e rilascio dell'ossido nitrico dalle estremita nerviose del corpo cavernoso del pene attivando cosi un'enzima di guanylate cyclase. En su turno guanylate cyclase � responsabile di produzione di ciclico guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). Il cGMP causa effetto vasodilatore e rilassamento di vasi sanguigni quali portano sangue al pene. Levitra previene che cGMP venga distrutto dall'enzima di phosphodiesterase-5 e cosi aiuta l'accesso dell'afflusso di sangue al pene.
La dose consigliata di Levitra di 10 mg giornalieri viene presa 1 ora prima del coito. Se nessun effetto collaterale � stato osservato la dose pu� essere maggiorata fino 20 mg. Nel caso di avversi effetti la dose viene ridotta fino 5 mg giornalieri. Non prendete pi� di una pastiglia di Levitra al giorno.
Levitra non � stato provato sui pazienti con malattia cardiovascolare, percio � sconsigliato che persone con insulto o insufficenza cardiaca, o attacco cardiaco nell'anamnesi (sopratutto durante 6 mesi precedenti) prendino Levitra. Prima di prendere Levitra informate il vostro medico se avete problemi renali o epatici, emorraggie, ulcera di stomaco o disturbi di retina, come retinite pigmentosa, reazioni allergiche a questo farmaco o qualciasi altro medicinale, deformazione del pene (incurvatura), fibrosi alveolare (malattia di Peyronie), ed anche malattie quail causano sviluppo di priapismo, anemia di emociti, mielome multiple, leucemia.
Levitra � contraindicato ai pazienti quali hanno ipersensibilit� a alcuni componenti di quest'ultimo o vengono curati con nitrati organici.
I pazienti minori di 16 anni o quali prendono inibitori di proteasa di HIV (ossia indinavir e ritonavir) non possono prendere il farmaco.
